Donations to the Community from Eagles Disobey & Friends

| This is the donation slip I filled out on 3/17/08 when Dan and I went to the Shade Tree Shelter to donate the honorarium check and contributions made by the Eagles Forum members! |

| It all started when Bayou Bear (the little purple bear) insisted that we wrap the donation around his right arm, and that he accompany us to the Shade Tree Shelter! |
 |
| Dan was seen carrying Bayou Bear across the parking lot and toward my car. |
 |
| Bayou Bear was seat-belted in for safety, to begin his great adventure! |
 |
| When we arrived at
the shelter, Bayou bear jumped into my arms as we passed the part of
the facility where they take care of the family pets of people who
come to the Shade Tree for help. That way, nobody can take out their
anger or frustration on the dogs, cats and other pets that would
otherwise have to be left behind.
Nobody gets left behind! That's one of the reasons The Shade Tree is so highly respected. |

| Once into the lobby, Dan and I talked to the staff while Bayou Bear relaxed underneath the brass Shade Tree. |
 |
| As I filled out the donation form, Bayou Bear jumped into my arms again, and said he'd really like to stay and find a child who needed a soft bear to cuddle. |
 |
| Getting his wish, you can see Bayou Bear smiling as he is in the arms of the lady who accepted our donation. He knows that the money will go to people who really need the help, and he will find a wonderful life at the Shelter helping children who need a bear to cuddle. |
