Q-94 Document

This 4-page document came into my possession while I was working Eagles Disobey: The Case for Inca City, Mars with Dr. Dan Burisch. The first four pictures are of the document, exactly as it is today; each page is sealed in plastic. I opened them up one at a time, on top of my computer keyboard, to take a photo of each one. They arrived to me in very poor condition. Each page had been copied in reverse (in order to read the text, I had to hold the pages up against a mirror) and the pages were very dark, as though the settings on the copy machine used were all messed up. This copy should probably have been destroyed, but it was given into my care as it shed light on the nature of the work Dan was involved in with the EBE housed at S-4.

These first four pictures are followed by the transcribed text of each page: so you can read what is contained in the report without having to resort to using a mirror.

And last, I am including a scan of the first page (slightly sharpened) and the last page, containing Dan's signature block.
