Dr. McDowell has just received a message from the Institut de Maximin de Sainte, through the representative Religious, Soeur Amelie, of The Priory of Sainte Mary Magdalene, in France. There have been a number of emails received by that institute, and they have been able to respond to 2 of them through their chosen route, personal physical mail. They are a very private and very personal group, whom do not like to respond using computerized messages. They are very old fashioned, thousands of years old fashioned, and make us Jesuits look like Buck Rogers. That's quite a feat! They are very slow to respond, but are happy to do so by sending a physical letter to the person inquiring. To do that, though, they need a physical mailing address to write the person sending them an email letter. The email address near Sainte Baume, in France, is a collection point for the Priory. Each week, their couriers physically move messages between their missions in France, Scotland, Ireland, and now the United States.
The representative to the United States, is now in permanent residence in Maryland, as of this week. The institute’s records show that they received an email message from a member of this forum, but require a physical mailing address to respond. That person’s identification was supplied to Drs. McDowell and Burisch and was approved for a response/release of information. Press Release: Within the next couple months, it is anticipated that the Principle Author of Eagles Disobey, Marcia McDowell, Ph.D., and the Chief Imager, Danny B Catselas Burisch, Sc.D., will begin both media interviews and public appearances. Marcia McDowell, Ph.D. is anticipated to be available as of June, 2006, and Dan Burisch, Sc.D. as of July, 2006. During the interview process, as result of the last orders given to Dr. Burisch on October 12, 2005, by the Majestic 12 (MJ-12/adjourned), he will be available to speak to his 20 years service to that organization and his contact and neurobiological work with an extraterrestrial biological entity at S-4 within the Nevada Test Site, named Chi'el'ah, a "J-Rod" (grey e.t.) said to be from 52,000 years in our own possible future. Dr. Burisch and Dr. McDowell have been privy to information indicating that humanity is on the precipice of either a new Renaissance or a time of Catastrophe, such Catastrophe being the historic origin of the J-Rods in the Constellation "Reticulum" and other more spiritually aligned beings from the Constellation "Orion." Information, as of this moment, indicates we will bypass a catastrophe, suffer continued earth changes, and be part of a slow change gradually bringing humanity into the status as a starfaring species. The time leading up to the "restacking" as the time travel used by the J-Rods has caused a paradox of overlain timelines, is expected to be a bumpy one. During their work for MJ12, Dr. Burisch has acted as an assistant negotiator, responsible to J1 (the de facto head of MJ12) for Treaties with the extraterrestrial intelligences, such treaties going back to the days of the Truman Administration, and involving abduction quotas for an offshoot of the J-Rods known as "Rogues". Dr. McDowell has operated as Dr. Burisch's Operation's Director since 2003, and has been in charge of his security. They work as partners publishing works on "esoteric" musicology and remain operating the now legendary Project Lotus ("seed of life" research) as an independent venture. Recently, Dr. Burisch and Dr. McDowell published "Emanation of the Solfeggio", a paper taking the Solfeggio scale into 3D, and have received critical acclaim for the work by such professionals as Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Dan Winter. That paper may soon be published as a book. They plan to have published the first of what may be several DVD's, in the near future, detailing the debriefing of Dr. Burisch over his 20 years service to MJ12, and to begin other work detailing Project Lotus for the public. Dr. Burisch has received two offers to write his biography and has agreed to one of them. Both he and Dr. McDowell have just been named to Vice President positions within a large international biomedical concern. Due to legal agreements and contracts, there will be a firm framework for discussions with Dr. McDowell and Dr. Burisch, by the media and during public appearances. Dr. Burisch will speak to his 20 years in service to MJ12, his concurrent jobs with that service including times as a Parole and Probation Officer for Nevada, his contact with the J-Rod, the timeline paradox, work with Treaty negotiations, biological research, Project Lotus, and present projects. Dr. Burisch will not speak to his past education, his being censured by the Committee of the Majority (an internationalized umbrella organization, now defunct, once over MJ12) for insubordination, nor will he name the 12 members of the Majestic 12 or the 33 former members of the Committee of the Majority. He will speak to Eagles Disobey: the Case for Inca City Mars, which precipitated his censure; and Martian imagery by the U.S. and other space agencies. He will not speak to how finances are operated within Majestic 12, his homelife, private finances, or any such private matters. (He will not speak about Deborah Burisch, as she can do so for herself.) Dr. Burisch has agreed to speak to spiritual matters, insofar as the contact with the J-Rod has influenced his life. He will speak to the times he was coerced by agents of the Majestic 12, to include temporary imprisonment, attempts to control his memories by psychological and other means, and violence done on him. He will not speak to the M.I.B. issue, nor will he discuss questions of biological warfare or his services to the United States Military. He will speak to the 2002 blackwater issue, insofar as it regards the dumping of drums into the Florida Bay area as an unauthorized test of the Lotus Phenomenon. As his work at a base codenamed "Sweetness" (Los Alamos, New Mexico, some call "Dulce") and within a NTS area known as "19", did not impact his work with the J-Rod, Dr. Burisch has opted to not discuss his one visit to each location. Those interested may wish to search for earlier interviews with him on that subject. Dr. McDowell will speak to her background with Dr. Burisch, Dr. Burisch's past negative issues with MJ12, resulting in his censure and part-erasure of his academic history, some of which will soon be established with good evidence (to be published on www.danburisch.info.). She will not speak to her family life, private finances, nor how finances are handled within Majestic 12. She is willing to discuss the so called Men in Black issue, in great depth having been acquainted with both types of MIB's. Dr. McDowell is willing to discuss all other aspects of her work with MJ12 and with Dr. Burisch. Neither Dr. Burisch nor Dr. McDowell will discuss spiritual matters having been recently reported on www.eaglesdisobey.net as a "sacred vigil" nor anything about such subjects.
